| Description | Jazz and Hip-Hop are most widely seen on music videos. Hip-Hop focuses on coordination and toughness while jazz focuses on turns and leaps. Hip Hop is high energy street movement as seen in your favorite music videos by artists such as Usher and Destinys Child to the hottest R&B, pop and Hip Hop music. It emphasizes body movement and rhythm. This class builds endurance, strength, and flexibility while having a great time with friends. |
