Attendance
Attendance is taken at every class. Good attendance is imperative, as absence and tardiness can hold back the entire class. The studio cannot jeopardize its responsibility to the rest of the class for one student. Please make every effort to have your child at each class.

Communication
Communication is very a very important part of a smooth running studio. At ATJ we make every effort to keep all our students and parents well informed. We have several lines of communication.

• Our newsletters are sent home every month and are a great source of information.
• News, events, policies and schedules are posted here. If you have questions you will probably find the answer online.
• Bulletin Boards will post any upcoming events/flyers.
• Every family will have a folder near the front door. Your folder will have any statements, flyers or announcements. Please check your child's folder every time you come to class.

Insufficient Funds Fees
Accounts with returned checks for insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee. These accounts must be paid by cash or by a cashier check when paying the balance. You may resume paying by checks the following month.

Late Fees
Monthly tuition for the academic session is due the first class of the month or by the 5th, which ever comes first. A $15 late fee will be applied to accounts not paid. If the account is not paid by the end of the month, an additional $10 will be due. Dancers will not be permitted to dance if account is more than 30 days past due.

Proration of Tuition
Tuition will be prorated for dancers starting in the middle of the month. The office will determine the proration amount. Payments cannot be prorated for missed classes of any kind. Tuition is based on a monthly fee. Some months will have 3 classes and some will have 5 classes, but tuition will stay the same.

Refund Policies
Tuition refunds are only given if proper withdrawal policy has been followed. Registration and costume fees will not refunded for any reason.

Snow or Bad Weather
During bad weather it is your responsibility to call the studio or check Channel 5 for studio closings.

Withdrawal Procedure
In the event you need to withdrawal from classes, for any reason, you must submit a "Withdrawl Form" to Allthatjazz by the 5th of the month in order to close your account. Accounts that are closed properly will be given their last months tuition paid up front. If a Withdrawl Form is not received by the 5th, you will be liable for that month's tuition. Accounts 90 days past due will be turned over to collection.
